You will familiarise yourself with software quality characteristics according to ISO 25010 for functional tests and the evaluation of usability.
You will gain an overview of reviews as a simple, well established, and appropriate technique for an efficient check of specifications, source code and other substantial project documents and know important factors and methods that are key to successful reviews as an instrument of quality assurance in your projects.
You will be able to discuss and justify the benefits and limitations of tools to support your testing work, especially for test design tools, test data preparation tools and test automation - here especially keyword-driven testing.
