imbus Peja is the Kosovan and Albanian subsidiary of the German imbus AG.
The foundation in 2016 is based on the vision of expanding imbus' in-depth expertise in the field of software quality assurance and software testing across regions and making the best possible use of the existing potential of specialists in the region.
Our employees at the nearshore locations receive the same level of training at our imbus Academy as colleagues in Germany and use the same methods and tools as all quality engineers at imbus. The close cooperation in joint projects promotes a continuous exchange of knowledge and experience, from which everyone involved benefits.

Dafina Galani
As branch manager in Peja as well as test and project manager, Dafina Galani has been an integral part of the imbus team since the company was founded in 2016. In her role, Dafina coordinates employees in nearshore projects and maintains a close exchange with our customers. She enjoys meeting people from different countries and getting to know their diverse cultures, because "understanding other cultures is the cornerstone of a global community."
Redon Halimaj
Redon Halimaj, an expert in test automation, test architecture and continuous integration, has been working successfully at imbus Peja for three years. His studies in computer and electrical engineering form the solid foundation of his expertise. Redon draws his energy and joy from collaborative work with colleagues and learning new things every day. For him, his position at imbus Peja is "the best job he has ever had."
Teuta Kastrati
Teuta Kastrati has been working as a test automation engineer at imbus Peja for two years. She previously worked in the banking sector and completed her Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Computer Science. Teuta is currently doing her Master's degree in software engineering while working. She attaches great importance to intensive communication within the team. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and appreciates an open exchange, because for Teuta, "teamwork and communication are the keys to success"..
