New management at imbus Peja

Dafina Galani took over the management of imbus Peja on 1 November 2024. She succeeds Flurim Kelmendi, who will in future concentrate fully on the further development of our location in Tirana.

Dafina Galani has been part of imbus Peja since its foundation in 2016. During this time, she has managed numerous projects with her expertise and leadership and brought the team together with her strong communication skills. Whether in German, English or in intercultural dialogue: Dafina connects people, creates an appreciative atmosphere and leads projects to success with her determination!

We would like to thank Flurim Kelmendi for his achievements, particularly in establishing our company values in Peja and building up the site. We wish him every success in Tirana.

The nearshore business is a strategic pillar for imbus to support customers with excellent software quality. Dafina will play a central role in further intensifying the cooperation between the German locations and the teams in Kosovo and Albania. Together we look forward to the next chapters at imbus Peja.
