imbus AG expands its Management Board

imbus AG is adding a new member to its Management Board.
Matthias Amann was appointed to the Management Board with effect from May 01, 2022.

Matthias will be responsible for the TestBench and Nearshore Services business areas. With his extensive experience, he will take the best possible account of the interests of customers, sales and employees at German as well as foreign imbus locations.

As a long-time imbus employee and manager, he is deeply connected to the company and its culture. As head of the TestCenter, Matthias has repeatedly demonstrated his professional and leadership skills and in recent years has been responsible for large, international projects for key account customers, among other things.

"It is a strength of imbus that the board members bring their expertise to the management of the company. It was therefore important to us to appoint an employee from within the company to the board, not someone from outside. With Matthias as a much younger board member, we want to build a bridge between the existing and future management bodies," explains imbus Supervisory Board Chairman Wolfgang Wieser.

Matthias Amann is looking forward to his new task: "My goal is to further expand imbus nearshore services into highly scalable project solutions. Our TestBench products will have an important function here in realizing collaboration with customers across locations with maximum efficiency."
